  1. Every time I read one of these articles I’m mad that I can’t work on this kind of problem. Healthcare vendors (and HHS) refuse to support anything other than immutable, non-billable “M” or “F” for gender. And you have to collect it. FastCompany/978243933783363585

      We also *must* collect racial and ethnicity data to somehow prove that we aren’t discriminating. By collecting the information required to discriminate.
