      mergesort They ‘support’ it in the sense that you can’t do anything. Even sending an SMS to a member would violate HIPAA — the mere fact that someone is a member is PHI.

    mergesort We could text someone, but their phone number is an identifier + the existence of a text implies they’re a member, then it’s stored on Twilio’s servers (insecurely). That’s not kosher at all.
