Weird: there’s basically no cloud service communication providers who are HIPAA compliant. In both internal communications and SMS/calling spaces.

This is kind of terrifying as a PM and as a consumer, because it means some things are very, very broken.

As a consumer, it’s scary because it means that they’re not protecting my data, and at some point messages are decrypted and identifiable.

As a PM/customer, it’s even worse — it means my pipeline and my data isn’t separated enough from their other users’, and it means they’re not great about not mis-delivering and access controls.
