jimatdisney sam_d_1995 I’m a little rusty here but I think the healthy ratio is like 5% vacancy? Less than 3% is bad, high-single-digits is an oversupply. (This assumes that there’s actually enough housing for everyone in a place — a lot of US cities has a terrible undersupply)
