    iragersh NYC_DOT NYCSanitation It has a South Carolina plate (IIRC, no reciprocity with NYS) so it’s only gotten 1 ticket in the four months it’s been there. The logic is kinda sound for 1 ticket (why write a ticket that will never get paid) but because it only has one ticket the NYPD won’t boot it or tow it.
