    pt alex 1000% this. So many things have gone wrong in the past 2½ years that never would have gone wrong if the people involved had just conversed casually instead of sending formal updates via email.

      pt alex This conversation is also probably colored by this specific instance being alex (a journalist, a specialty who are extremely productive as isolated ICs) talking mostly about engineers (same) — while lots of other parts of companies aren’t that way.
