    PaolaNotPaolo I interviewed at a few places where, when talking to them, you could tell they didn't actually know what "product" was supposed to do — they just knew their investors told them they should hire a product person

      PaolaNotPaolo Another time I interviewed at a place and the interviewer could only talk about how important *his* part of the company was — when I was interviewing for a role with an entirely different department.
