      1. My maybe-not-so-out-there guess is that the Watch Pro will be subtly marketed as a dive watch. The rumors point to it pretty obviously — an extra button (touchscreens don’t work in water) and a crown that is significantly redesigned and has protection (for use with gloves)

      The only thing the rumor mill hasn’t supported is a several-hundred-meter waterproofing.

    It’s also a nice intersection between “the watch is for sports and health” and “this is a luxury good” which has always been the stumbling block for high-end smartwatches.
