    hunterwalk bchesky Airbnb I disagree with bchesky on that strategy BUT I agree that it’s thoughtful and that the intention put into a system is far more important than any specific detail of the design.

      hunterwalk bchesky Airbnb I think that having a mix of remote/hybrid on the same team leads to poor social dynamics (especially where the remote folks are newer or less-experienced) — having whole teams remote while others are hybrid is far more likely to lead to success.
