    TheIntelFrog IntelCrab I’m not either but you can guess by knowing where the radar *can’t* see (through the fuselage) and thinking about how you’d change flying patterns in order to get the best view of the target area.

      TheIntelFrog IntelCrab You’ll also see “modified figure 8s” where it’s two offset straight flight paths when there’s two target areas (as opposed to this one where the curves are more continuous)

        TheIntelFrog IntelCrab E-3s also have cheek fairings with sensors in them, so the sides of the plane see more than the nose or tail
