    Blake_Allen13 The problem with that is non-discretionary spending is *supposed* to be on a dedicated funding stream and have a separate budget. Social Security isn’t “spending” it’s a bank account people deposit into.

        Blake_Allen13 Nobody ever looks deep enough on their paycheck to see the separate items.
