    greg_p_kennedy bhaviklathia It’s more insidious than that. It allows companies to disclaim liability — if you get Covid and surfaces weren’t wiped down (not that it would prevent Covid) then the company can just fire an employee who “didn’t follow policy.”

      greg_p_kennedy bhaviklathia Making Covid prevention rely on individual employees doing stuff shifts ‘liability’ from the employer to the employee. Not that you could or would sue the employee. But it lets the employer wash their hands.
