    @samdman95 I literally live in a landmarked brownstone neighborhood and there’s a *ton* of spaces you could drop in a 5-over-1 without touching a single brownstone. How is this the enemy?

      @samdman95 Of course historic buildings are worthy of preservation but do we really need *every single extant rowhouse* preserved for future generations?
