    crulge 1. It’s worse than you can imagine. Totally useless. 2. It’s definitely one of your Ethernet cables downstream of the router. Don’t just check the desktop, unplug them all, swap the desktop’s, and then test. Slowly re-add to the system until you figure out which one it is.
