thejeffbyrnes @samdman95 Bingo! I also get a *little* irritated with the argument that people are fungible — one BMR resident is as good as another. The reason cities like New York are so appealing is the rich tapestry woven by years of layered communities. (Not trying to cast shade on you, Sam!)
