      @samdman95 One thing I would like to see is “replacement + 10-20% of whatever is left” as BMR. I suspect a lot of small to medium developments end up net-zero for BMR housing since existing housing is demolished to build it.

    @samdman95 I also think “right to return” policies encouraging developers to move tenants back in are really important — even if you build BMR apartments, communities that are scattered do not easily re-conglomerate in the new buildings.
