        NYCTSubway I was at 7th Avenue. Not only did the station agent not announce, she just said trains were “delayed” when asked. Delays are not the same as holding in stations. It’s too late, I’ve had to take a car so I don’t miss my MNR train.

      NYCTSubway If the announcement had been made, I had plenty of time to take the 2/3 and switch to the 4. Instead I was waiting on the platform for ten minutes.
