thejeffbyrnes Yeah we’re like 10-15 years from having wind power provide the majority of NYC’s power (if the Hamptons NIMBYs don’t stop the cable!) but that’s a long time to be dependent on fossil fuels. We do also get some hydro but the pumped hydro isn’t big enough for peaker use.
