  1. This is true but it misses context. Many Jews are white-passing. They don’t get stopped by cops for no reason. Clerks in stores do t give them sidelong glances. Nobody asks them if they belong in their gym, in their office, or in their apartment building. leekern13/1269396272177438730

      My family was told where they could live until the 1950s. I’ve had slurs used as a ‘joke’ to refer to me. But I’ve never feared that jaywalking in front of a cop could end up with me dead. That is a fundamentally different experience from our Black brethren.
