JoametteGil I think the only time I’ve ever “called” the police was when the alarm system (that we didn’t need, in a suburb with zero crime) wouldn’t deactivate and they showed up. I think there was a $500 bill for them to show up and shine flashlights around.Permalink On twitter.com

JoametteGil No I don’t think police were needed, they showed up 45 minutes after the alarm sounded and any competent burglar would have been long gone. Maybe some social workers and people to help fill out insurance paperwork would have bee. Better.On twitter.com
