      nikillinit I think this is the reason. You'd likely be fighting against so many entrenched forces you'd burn through billions before hitting sustainability — and nobody's going to give you $5bn to build Kaiser.

    nikillinit Kaiser's model hasn't worked everywhere! They failed in Texas and North Carolina and never got off the ground in Ohio.
