    But creating more public space has to come along with addressing other structural issues. We can’t simply close streets near parks when POC mostly don’t have parks in their neighborhood.

      Pollution — noise and air — in the poorest neighborhoods needs to be curbed and curbed fast. Crumbling public housing needs to be repaired or replaced with livable housing.
