    _patmurray The impact to you is that you’ll likely have some longer waits (or complete booking failures) for certain rides, and you can no longer get cancellation fees auto-refunded. Seems like the changes so far are all positive for drivers, especially allowing them to keep more $$

      _patmurray The big change will likely be the end of guaranteed payouts for drivers who meet certain metrics, these programs will likely be cut back since Uber’s cut of fares is now capped.
