      marcoarment I disagree. I’ve worked at (and still work at!) places that struggle to manage work/life balance. That’s almost expected. I’ve never seen a CEO publicly berating employees by name, threatening termination, or banning pot. Away crossed the line into abuse, I hope you reconsider.

    marcoarment That’s “banning pto” not pot. (Thanks autocorrect.) To be clear — some of the places I worked were abusive and absolutely did not have legal or ethical labor practices for their employees (like making them work while on vacation or not paying overtime). None were close to this.
