Tfw the JetBlue app shows “on time” so you walk to the gate at boarding time and the plane isn’t even there yet. Why don’t they show the obvious delay? Trust is the hardest thing to win and the easiest thing to lose.Permalink On twitter.com

JetBlue Ah, they’ve now delayed the flight. Twenty minutes after it was scheduled to start boarding. Signage still isn’t updated, and they knew it would be late almost three hours ago.On twitter.com
